1. How many sessions will I need?
Our free assessments (questionnaire and phone call) are formulated to address this specific question. The questionnaire will illuminate technical gaps. The phone assessment will help you gauge the number of one-on-one mentoring session you need with us.
2. How many training modules should I buy?
You will receive all of our Training Modules once you purchase any of our bundled packages (3, 6, or 12). We have structured our program such that the Training Modules can be completed in your own time and at your own pace. We believe that our value to you is in the direct feedback and customized mentoring from your individualized work with us.
3. Can my sessions be completed in person or on video chat?
Please let us know your preference for video chat or phone call, we are happy to accommodate. We travel throughout the US lecturing at universities and would be happy to meet you in person if we are in your area.
4. What if I need to cancel my scheduled session?
Please cancel 24 hours in advance by emailing, texting, or calling us. You can reschedule your session by making a new appointment on the “Scheduling” tab on our website. We do not enforce a cancellation fee, we just ask you to be respectful.
